As a Registered Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy Associate (Supervisor: Tracy Sandor MA MFT, LPC, LMHC), I am deeply committed to helping my clients uncover the beauty within themselves, enabling them to not only recognize their own worth and potential but also appreciate the richness of the world around them. I am passionate about partnering with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relational disconnect, anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, infant and child loss, stillbirth, miscarriage, and other emotional hardships.
I believe in a collaborative approach, working together with my clients to achieve their goals and navigate the healing process. Just like a bare-root plant, a client may enter therapy feeling raw, fragile, or as if their inner vitality is dormant—almost like they’ve lost their way or are struggling to find meaning. But with the right environment, nurturing, and care—just as a plant needs rich soil, sunlight, and water to thrive—clients too can begin to flourish. Through empathy, understanding, and consistent support, they grow, rediscover their roots, and experience transformation. Through the therapeutic relationship, a more resilient, wholehearted, and fulfilling life can be built, one step at a time.
